A Season to Remember: The Coeur d’Alene Boat Rentals 2025 Season Recap

Another incredible summer season on Lake Coeur d'Alene has officially wrapped up, and we are still buzzing from the energy!

This year truly exceeded expectations and the entire Coeur d’Alene Boat Rentals team wants to extend a massive thank you to everyone who made 2024 so incredible. We’re grateful for every moment, from those calm early mornings to every splash from the Funship slides and off the tubes. More than anything, we delighted in seeing everyone coasting back to the dock as we asked “How’d it go??” The smiles, the laughs, and the stories we got were always treasured and appreciated by the staff.

We know it’s simple: Easy booking, awesome boats, unforgettable memories. You brought the memories, we loved providing the awesome boats, and fun was always the result!

The Memories You Made

Our job is to provide the perfect floating venue, but you all provide the magic. This season, we saw every kind of celebration and adventure imaginable.

The Party Deck: Celebrations on the Water

It’s always a privilege to host your biggest moments. Our Funships were the center of countless birthdays, family reunions, and bachelorette parties (I can think of at least 11 or 12 off the top of my head!) this summer. The upper deck and waterslide quickly became the most popular spot on the lake for creating spontaneous, photo-worthy moments. There’s nothing like watching a group deck out a boat in decorations and then jump in the lake together to celebrate.

The Thrill of the Ride: Tubing and Cruising

For many of you, your day was defined by the speed and versatility of our 25-foot pontoons. With their nimble 150hp motors, these boats are perfect for pulling the included tubes and cruising up to 30mph.

Whether you were relaxing on the plush seating, taking a refreshing dip off the swim deck, or just cruising along the shoreline for some world-class sightseeing of the fancy homes the area is known for, we loved being part of your simple, perfect Lake CDA days. And we know you enjoyed exploring the lake to its fullest: over 300 of you scanned our QR code to get a detailed map of the lake!

The Fleet that Delivered

We know that to provide the best memories, you need the best boats. This past season was a testament to the quality and capacity of our fleet, designed to hold the family, plus the cousins, plus the college buddies, plus a few dogs too! They showed they can handle anything Lake Coeur d’Alene throws at it.

  • The Pontoon: Built for speed and flexibility. Ideal for fishing groups, serious tubers, and those who want an agile ride.

  • The Funship: The ultimate upgrade. It features the same great engine and capacity, but adds the famous upper deck and waterslide, plus the larger seating area with a table below. It’s the superior choice for all-day entertainment and event hosting.

By the Numbers: Putting a Button on 2024

To close out our recap, here are a few simple statistics that show just how much fun we all had on the water:

Ready for 2025

The boats are officially resting in their deluxe hibernation chambers (also known as “Winter Storage”), after getting the authoritative, professional maintenance done to ensure they are flawless and ready to launch when the season re-opens next May.

Booking is easy, but the best dates—especially those prime summer weekends and holiday slots—go fast. If you’re already dreaming of your 2025 family reunion or that perfect day on the water, be sure to keep an eye on our social media and website over the coming months. We’ll be releasing the new season calendar soon.

Until then, we wish the entire Inland Northwest a warm and wonderful fall and winter. Thank you again for choosing Coeur d'Alene Boat Rentals. Easy booking, awesome boats, unforgettable memories—it's that simple.
